Arrowhead Banners is a Print on Demand website that serves businesses and individuals who know design. Web to Print for in house design departments that have the ability to submit designs ready to print. Some of those types of businesses are: Marketing Companies, Graphic Designers, and Corporate Design Departments. 

You will save a ton of money without sacrificing the quality you are used to in a vinyl banner. Our vinyl banners are made from 13oz scrim vinyl and hold up outdoors for 2 years! The catch? You have to have your files ready to print. This special offer does not include design or layout, so you need to have someone design the banner layout for you, or upload your own design upon ordering (after you place your order you will upload your artwork). 

Artwork Design

Basic Designers - Setup in any design program set to cmyk, at 150 dpi at full print size. For large banners, reduce by half then double the dpi to 300dpi, etc. You will receive your vinyl banner ready to hang finished to your specifications picked from our options list on the order screen in the top right corner of this screen.

Professional Design Firms: Send over your files ready to print and get your clients noticed, for a fraction of the cost of a local sign shop in your area.

Upload My Own Artwork: You submit to us a design according to the pricing plan and color you select here. All artwork will be previewed upon upload for quality.
Artwork design requirements: Please design your artwork to print size at 150 dpi OR half the print size 300 dpi.

Convert all colors to CMYK. Convert all fonts to curves or outlines.
File formats acceptable: PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, BMP, PNG. (please make sure all artwork is designed according to specs above.

Banners and Banner Stand Displays

If you are in the market for a banner or a pop-up banner display, look no further!  Not only does Arrowhead Signs have great retail prices, but we make it a point to print out the best quality banners, possible.  We print on 13oz vinyl banner material and use 15oz curl-free "so flat" super smooth banner material in all of our retractable banner stands, unless our customer requests a dye sublimation fabric print.  

The pop up banner stands we use are the stands we believe to be the best.  We have taken the time to sift through different models and weed out the ones that stick or lean, which brought us to using, almost exclusively, the Fast Roll Economy and Shark Premium stands.  Both of these models offer a variety of display options, as well.

Billboard Banner Bags

I am soooooo excited!  One of our customers is bringing in a bunch of his previous campaign banners and up to FIVE billboard banners for me to repurpose!  Sounds like a lot of people I know will be receiving reusable tote and grocery bags from me, very soon. *wink*

If you or anyone you know buys vinyl banners for advertising or events, please let them know that I am always very happy to take them and repurpose them or donate them for reuse.  If I cannot use them, there are other businesses in the area that can utilize them.  Let's keep this durable material out of our landfills and put them to use!
