When looking to make a purchase, and you are comparison shopping, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. :D
Today, a customer called to let us know that we were $100 more than the other shop he received a quote from. After taking the time to look in to it, we realized that the other bid, was not quoted using the same process. Once we explained that to the customer, we discussed his options, and in the end, he decided to go with us :D
